Short and sweet: A spacious room in our shared apartment in Amstelveen is becoming available starting from 16.11.2026.
Perfect for a single person or a couple.
We are Europeans, both working full-time (so we are not at home from 8am until 8 pm.  
We are simply looking for relaxed, easy-going people who are clean and respectful. 
The Essentials:
The Room: approx. 15–20 sqm, bright, and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk – just move in and you're good).
The Apartment: A kitchen and a cozily furnished living area are available for everyone to use. Wi-Fi is available and super fast.
Balcony: There is a balcony – smoking and smoking weed on the balcony is absolutely no problem.
The Location: Amstelveen. Good connection to Amsterdam / VU via tram/bus. Albert Heijn, Action, Kruidvat, Pharmacy and other shops are right around the corner.
Flat Life: Not a strict "mind your own business only" flat, but everything is very chilled out. Chatting or having a drink together is cool, but everyone respects each other's privacy and quiet time. A functioning cleaning schedule is mandatory.
Costs:
Rent (Single): 800€ warm (incl. G/W/L + Wi-Fi)
Rent (Couple): 1200€ warm (incl. G/W/L + Wi-Fi)
Deposit: 1000 €
