Looking for a temporary room? I’m renting out a large, furnished room in Amstelveen, 12 min from Amsterdam station south by tram. Non-smoking, not working at home during the week, are you my tenant match. For 3 to 4 month

Room: 22 m², bright and fully furnished
Balcony: 11 m², south-facing
Extras: private mini fridge and microwave

Shared: kitchen and the first bathroom (with 1 other tenant)
House: shared with me (the owner) and one other tenant

The location is excellent: 5 minutes’ walk to tram 25 and buses 174, 199, 356 and 300 (direct connection to Schiphol and Zuidas. Within 10 minutes’ walk you’ll find two shopping centers, a healthcare center (GP, physiotherapist, pharmacy), a hospital, and many sports facilities — tennis, golf, cycling, walking routes, and a swimming pool.

Plenty of free parking available. The neighborhood is quiet and green.
