A 4 bedroom home in a friendly quiet area close to Amsterdam. The whole home has been renovated in 2019 and refurbished. The home has a big lounge with a separate kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a big garden in front and in the back of the home. It is walking distance from Stadshart Amstelveen which has many shops and cafes and restaurants. The tram stop is tram 5 and 25 Onderuit which is less than ten minutes and a few tram stops to VU University and ZUID WTC station with trains and metro connections. There is also a bus that in a few stops takes you to Amsterdam Arena Station. You will be sharing the home with myself and my husband. It is available from January 2024 until June 2025.
