About the place

I’m looking for a friendly, easygoing housemate to share a spacious and cosy home in Amstelveen (Westwijk).

About the house:
The house is a standalone home with plenty of space, including a large living room, kitchen, laundry room, glass room, garage, entrance area, and a garden. There’s also parking available. The bathroom is large, with a separate smaller toilet.

The location is quiet and green, with lots of nice walking areas nearby. Other amenities:
- 8min. walk to Westwijk tram stop
- 18min. walk / 4min. drive to shopping centres
- 8min. walk / 3min. drive to GP and pharmacy
- Large gym within 8min. driving

The house has stable internet and is continuously being upgraded. Recent additions include new flooring, furniture, curtains, mirrors, and electronics (e.g. Philips Hue lighting, microwave, etc.), with further improvements on the way. A cleaner also comes by every other week to keep everything fresh.

There’s also extra shared space upstairs that you and another housemate can make your own (for example a workspace or chill area).

About the room:
- 3 x 3.5 meters
- Located on the south side (nice natural light)
- Newly finished floor and freshly painted walls
- Furnished, but you’re free to make it your own

About you:
- You’re someone who enjoys a clean, relaxed and cosy home environment. You’re easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and have a good sense of balance between social and personal time.
- Between 25–35 years old (no students)
- Have a stable income
- Not into frequent or large parties
- Naturally tidy and comfortable sharing spaces/easy to live with

Price:
- €1000 per month
- €2000 deposit

Extra note: I have a dog (English Staffordshire), so it’s important that you like dogs 😊
