About the place

Hello there, I am looking for a roommate to rent the private 3rd floor in a house which is a big bedroom. You will share the kitchen and have a mostly privately used bathroom.

The house is at an amazing location with 5 mins walk to tram 5 and 25 which will bring you to Zuid station, VU, city center etc in no time! Within 3 mins walking distance, there are Dirk, shopping center, Asian grocery store.. anything you want! This neighborhood is a super safe area and really close to Amsterdam forest and other nature as well.

The house will be shared with two people who are already working. The current rent price is excluding all bills and taxes. Deposit will be for 2 months of rent price. The rent will be strictly for the indicated period with no extension. Registration is possible.
