About the place

Good news! I am looking for a roommate to rent the private 3rd floor in a house which is a big bedroom. Looking for a clean, non-smoking, respectful roommate to share the house!

The house is at an amazing location with 5 mins walk to the tram station which will bring you to VU, UvA, city center, Zuid train station and CBD area in no time! Within 5 mins walking distance, there are grocery store, shopping center, Asian grocery store.. anything you want! This neighborhood is a super safe area and really close to Amsterdam forest as well!!

The current rent price is excluding all bills and taxes. Deposit is 2 month of rent. 

Please be aware that the first picture in the album is an AI generated picture to show you how it could look like, while the second picture is what it is like for now. There will be simple furnitures in the room available as well when you move in.
