About the place

Hi, 

Are you a woman between the ages of 21 and 50, and do you work or have an internship in (the area of) Amersfoort? Are you looking for a temporary room so you don't have to travel long distances? Then this room might be perfect for you!

One furnished room in my apartment will become available again from 27 August 2026. I am preferably looking for someone who would like to stay for a minimum of six months and a maximum of one year.

The apartment is located in a small and quiet residential complex, close to the city centre of Amersfoort. Bus stops and supermarkets are within walking distance, and (for now) there is free parking right outside the building. 

The room is fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and a large mirror. Bed linen is also provided and available for your use.

You will share the bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen and spacious living room with a large sunny balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and a small dining area. Feel free to use all kitchen equipment, including crockery, cookware and utensils. 

I'm looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and enjoys a peaceful living environment. It is important to me that we both keep the apartment clean and well maintained. I also have quite a few houseplants, so it would be wonderful if you like plants and would be willing to water them whenever I'm away. 

I work irregular shifts in mental health care, I'm still studying, and I spend a lot of time at my boyfriend's place. As a result, I'm not home very often. Most of the time you will therefore be sharing the apartment with one other female housemate. 

The apartment has three bedrooms, so there will never be more than three people living here. 

The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. 

Please note: I am only looking for a female housemate between the ages of 21 and 50. Unfortunately, I will not respond to applications that do not meet these requirements.
