About the place

A room is available for rent as of August 1st (earlier may be possible). The room has been recently renovated; no work needs to be done inside. It is bright, features large windows, and is equipped with a private sink/kitchen counter with a refrigerator. It is a quiet house where five rooms are rented out. Fellow residents are students and young working professionals. The kitchen, shower, and toilet are shared. A washing machine is available for free use, and the room is equipped with its own internet connection. Verhoevenstraat is a cozy street in the Leusderkwartier, a neighborhood known for being quiet and safe, with a shopping street within walking distance and close to a wooded area, the train station, and the city center. The bus stop to the Uithof (Utrecht Science Park) is just a few minutes' walk away, and you can be there in 20 minutes.

The rent is 520 euros per month and includes all costs; the basic rent is 470, and the advance payment for gas, water, and electricity is 50 euros. A one-month deposit is charged at the start of the rental period; this will be settled or refunded at the end of the rental period. The notice period is one month. I am looking for a quiet person for this room.
