About the place

Starting next month, the extra room in my house will be available.

My house is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Amersfoort. There is a good bus connection to the city center, as well as a direct express bus to Utrecht Uithof (the university). The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away.

I am looking for a calm, independent housemate to share my home (with dogs 🐶, so a pet allergy wouldn’t be ideal).

It’s a relaxed household where everyone does their own thing, so I’m looking for someone who doesn’t need a busy or highly social living environment.

Peace and quiet in the house are important to me: no smoking, no parties, and limited visitors. This is not a student house, but a place where you can simply live comfortably and peacefully.
