About the place

Per 1 October 2026 (earlier could be possible) till end of December, we have a furnished rooms available (6m2) of the 3 room-apartment in Alphen aan den Rijn. Picture is the size, for reference. We are looking for neat student who needs a temporary stay. Currently one male roommate (21) studying in Utrecht is living at the apartment. Room is furnished with single bed (90x 200), a desk & chair. and a closet available in the hall. There is a shared living room with balcony, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. In addition, we also have private a bicycle shed/storage room downstairs. The station is 10 min bike ride and the city centre 5 min. There is a small shopping area, gym, football club and a nice lake within walking distance. There is a bus stop in front of the door which takes you to Leiden or city centre. Are you interested?
