About the place

Room for rent with almost private wc and balcony. Almost cause next to the room i have my salon and sometimes customers use the bathroom as well.
Its a small room right at the entrance. No need to pass from my son's and my livingspace wich is downstairs.
Kitchen and bathroom are downstairs, its a massonette house in a flatbuilding, 8th floor last house so great vieuw. 
Shoppingcentre right next door and lots off busstations close.
No pets cause i have a dog myself, very quiet dog, doesnt bark.
Close to the house is a lake with recreationpossebilitys and a forrest(for as far as you can have a forrest in holland) 
Im looking for 1 working person who is respectfull and hygenic since my busseniss is the room next door.
