The room is equipped with a single bed with mattress, mattress protector, duvet cover, pillow with pillowcase, refrigerator, kitchen unit with tap, microwave, kettle, airfryer, table with chair, spacious wardrobe, relax chair, kettle, television and internet. 

There is a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board available for communal use. 
Kitchen, garden, shower / toilet are shared. 

Gas, electricity, water, internet, cable TV and municipal charges are included in the rental price of € 1050, - per month. This room is actually larger than can be seen in the photo or video. The room is located on the first floor of a single-family home. 

The location is very pleasant; you are close to all desired amenities.  Within walking distance are the health center, supermarket . The center of Almere with all shops, the  and various nature reserves are also located nearby. The bus stop is also nearby, from here you can reach the train station in about 15 minutes. With a few minutes drive, you are on the A6 / A1 highway towards Amsterdam and / or Utrecht / Lelystad. 

There is a lot of greenery and parks nearby. 
Parking is free and bicycles can be safely placed in the backyard / shed. 
The rent is € 1050 p / m all inclusive.
