About the place

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, the current occupant has decided to move out. As a result, this attic room will become available.

It concerns an attic spanning the entire house, divided into 2 rooms of a single-family home. The attic has an area of approximately **20 m²** and will be **available from 31-01-2026**. The house is a terraced house with a large garden (which still needs to be cleared of weeds).

The rest of the house is very spacious, with a living room and an open kitchen. Each room has TV connections, and wireless internet is available.

The city center is about **15 minutes by bike**, and by bus, you can reach the station in **five minutes**. Around the corner, there is a supermarket, a hairdresser, and a pet shop.

We are relaxed and friendly and enjoy occasionally eating or having a drink together, although everyone also has a busy social life.
