I am offering a 12m² room for rent within my 68m² home, to be shared with another young professional woman in the heart of Oosterworld, a peaceful nature oasis. If you love a quiet, family neighbourhood and the opportunity to have your own vegetable garden, this is the place for you!

The house is a new construction, built just last year.
The available room has previously only been used as an office space, but it's the biggest and most spacious bedroom in the house.
The room can be provided semi-furnished with the items shown in the picture or unfurnished; however, the tenant must bring their own bed.
The property includes a large 100m² garden, ideal for gardening enthusiasts, where I currently grow seasonal vegetables. The house is very spacious for two people and has plenty of light coming through the windows, where you can both see the sunrise and the sunset. I also have an infrared sauna that you are welcome to use. 

Cost:

The monthly rent is €850. 
Service charges will depend on the month but should be approximately €70-100/month (including electricity, water, waste costs, municipal taxes, internet).
