Shared facilities include a spacious kitchen, bathroom (with an additional separate toilet), garden, garage, and laundry room (including washing machine and dryer). You would be living with 4 other quiet housemates. For single occupancy; municipal registration is possible. Monthly rent is €650, including gas, water, electricity, and internet.
