About the place

Hi there! My name is João and I'm looking for a friendly and stable working professional to share my apartment at Bodestraat 257 in Almere.

All monthly expenses are included in the price, covering house electricity, internet, water, and heating.

We'll both be in the house contract as official co-tenants. Because of this, our landlord requires that all tenants are working and earning a stable income, so please keep that in mind when applying.

I moved into this flat in March, and everything currently in the apartment is mine since the flat was empty when I moved. For your room, I'm happy to leave my table and lamp for you, and I can also provide an air mattress and bed sheets if you need them to get settled.

A note on the deposit: I already paid the full security deposit for the house, so I will be asking for half of that amount from you upon signing the contract.
