Starting December 1st, a lovely, spacious room will become available for one person. Official registration at the address is possible, and a formal rental agreement will be provided.
The room is located in a well-maintained and clean house. The property has been recently painted, and the bathroom has just been renovated. Thanks to the many windows, the room is wonderfully bright. The neighborhood feels safe and pleasant.
The property
The house is currently shared by one woman and two friendly, working men. They are often away during the day for work and do not cause any disturbance. All residents are employed, and there is a positive, friendly atmosphere in the house. One resident speaks English; the other two speak Dutch.
The shared kitchen is fully equipped and includes:

An oven and gas stove;
A fridge-freezer;
A washing machine.

There is also a shed where you can store your bicycle. From this location, both the city of Almere and the surrounding natural areas are easily accessible. The house is situated on the edge of a beautiful nature reserve. The Doemere shopping center is also nearby, offering a wide range of shops and amenities, and a supermarket is just a short distance away.
Rental terms

Available from: December 1st;
Rent: €639 per month;
Internet: an additional €10 per month;
Security deposit: €650, payable upon acceptance of the room;
Contract: an initial 6-month agreement, with the possibility of extending the rental period;
Rent is always paid one month in advance;
No contract fees;
Official registration is possible.

Important conditions
Pets are not permitted. Smoking inside the property is also not allowed. The use of drugs and the smoking of cannabis are not permitted. In addition, a regular income is required.
