For a spacious property in Alkmaar (Winkelwaard), we are looking for quiet and responsible occupants, preferably working professionals, who are seeking temporary accommodation.

The property is being temporarily occupied to prevent vacancy. We are therefore offering several spacious rooms under a temporary occupancy agreement (property guardianship/anti-squatting).

The rooms vary in size. Each occupant has their own private room and shares facilities such as the kitchen, bathrooms and communal areas.

Due to the spacious layout of the building, it offers plenty of privacy and a peaceful living environment.

• have a quiet lifestyle
• are flexible regarding the duration of their stay
• do not smoke
