About the place

A room of approximately 11 m² will soon be available in a quiet, characterful street in the centre of Alkmaar. The house is located 100 metres from Alkmaar Station and within walking distance of the city centre. Despite the central location, the neighbourhood itself is peaceful and charming.

The house has original features, a spacious garden and a large covered outdoor area where you can comfortably sit outside for most of the year. There is also a shed that can be used for storage. The room is compact but practical, with plenty of built-in storage and a small sink. Curtains, lighting and a wardrobe are provided.

You will be living with me, a calm working woman who is often away from home. There are also two very friendly cats in the house. All areas outside the bedroom are shared.

The rent is €750 per month all-in, including gas, water, electricity, internet, municipal charges, use of the washing machine and a cleaning service that comes every two weeks. Parking is only possible in a nearby parking garage; a yearly permit costs around €500.
