About the place

In the first floor of the house there is a big living room, a kitchen with fridge, microwaves and dishwashwer, a small toilet and a bathroom. There are also two balconys.

In the second floor there are two bedrooms and a small storage room. The roof can be used to storage more stuff.

You will be living with a spanish guy and his cat. No more pets are allowed (althought if it's another cat maybe we can give it a try). Smoking is not allowed. There is no washing machine and no tv. Yet.

Internet, gas, electricity and water cost around 250 euros monthly (splited into two, of course).
