Starting januari 27, 2024, we have a delightful room available for rent in the Rotterdam area. The room spans 15m2, and the rent is €800 (all-inclusive).

The room features a king-size bed with a remote control, allowing you to adjust the head and feet height for maximum comfort. An adjustable workdesk with an ergonomic chair is provided, along with ample storage space for your belongings and clothing. You will share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden with two professional roommates who work during the day.

The house exudes a quiet, neat, and serene ambiance, and we are seeking a tenant who appreciates this atmosphere.

There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away. This has a direct connection to Dordrecht & Rotterdam. There are 4 buses per hour. There is also the option to take the public boat (ferry) to Dordrecht & Rotterdam.

There is also a direct connection to campus of Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. Location Brainpark Rotterdam. This is where the following schools are located
