The cozy 1st floor of a beautiful cottage in Haarlem-West, consisting of 2+1 rooms, is available for rent. Relax after work in a quiet spot surrounded by nature.

Only for a friendly, tidy woman who works outside the home (heating is off Mon. to Fri. until 5:00 PM. If working from home occasionally: discuss switching heating times).

The rental price is € 740, including standard gas, water, and electricity usage.

Available from September 15th (a week earlier?).

The cottage is located near the Westelijke Randweg; Heemstede train station is a 5-minute bike ride away; Haarlem city center is a 10-minute bike ride away.

Unfortunately: LIMITED lodging and NO COHABITATION in this small house.

The well-insulated rooms feature central heating, ADSL, WiFi, closet space, and are cozy:

1. Living room 15 m². Double French windows facing South and West; they overlook a beautiful, old garden of 1,400 m².

2. Kitchen/bedroom 12 m² with large, swing-open doors (1x tilt-open) to a small east-facing balcony: sunrise.

3. Bathroom 7 m² with toilet, shower, sinks, and Igg washing machine plus dryer (both new); opening window facing west. Landing to stairs.

Location: near lots of nature (forests, parks, dunes). Large supermarkets within a 5-minute bike ride. Amsterdam/Leiden is 21 minutes away by train after a 5-minute bike ride to NS-Heemstede. Beach 25 minutes by bike.
