-  a spacious kitchen with French doors opening onto a sunny waterfront terrace, 
- a large living room with a wood-burning stove, 
- a recently renovated bathroom with a bathtub, 
- and a sleeping loft with air conditioning and a walk-in closet.

In addition to the floating home, you’ll also have access to  a private large, sunny garden with a shed. Over 25 edible herbs and plants grow in the garden. 

Enjoy peace and nature while being just 2.3 km from the city center, an easy walk or bike ride away.
