From the end of April, this beautiful and well-maintained apartment will be available. Due to work, I will be temporarily away, which means this comfortable and fully furnished living space will be available for a new tenant (or two).

The apartment in Zeist is move-in ready and offers a comfortable living environment with a beautiful, open view. The living room and kitchen together are 40 m², creating a spacious and pleasant living area. The apartment also features a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with all conveniences, including an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and two refrigerators.

The bedroom is furnished with high-quality slatted bed bases and comfortable mattresses. In addition, the loggia provides a pleasant extra space that is perfect for working or studying from home. In total the appartment entails 78m2.

The rent includes Wi-Fi, gas, water, and electricity. A monthly cleaning service is also included in the stay.

Accessibility is excellent: the bus stops right outside the building and departs every 10–15 minutes. Public transport will take you to Neude in approximately 15 minutes, and Amersfoort Central Station can be reached in about 30 minutes.

The apartment is available from mid-April until mid-August (flexible upon agreement). There is also a possibility to extend the stay until mid-October. Viewings can be scheduled by arrangement.
