About the place

Zeist is a beautiful village near Utrecht, with easy public transport to and from Utrecht University and the heart of the country :)

The rental period is a minimum of 3 months, maximum 12 months (subject to a good agreement).
Rent is due monthly on the 25th of each month (with the first 2 months paid in advance).

After 3 months, the landlord may reoccupy the apartment (unless further arrangements have been made).

The apartment is fully furnished, with a shed and garage for parking your car, scooter, or motorcycle (for a fee).

Rent is fully inclusive; the exact terms and conditions will be discussed upon acceptance of the property.

My preference is for a woman (single); a man is the second option.
