The houseboat is fully furnished and equipped for comfortable everyday living. You enter into the living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a simple bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, climate control, and excellent heating, making it comfortable throughout the year.

The cozy wheelhouse features a dining area overlooking the River Zaan, where large cargo ships pass by every day. The houseboat also offers two sunny outdoor decks, perfect for relaxing and enjoying life on the water.

The Property

You enter through the spacious wheelhouse, from which a staircase leads to the living area below. Please note that the stairs may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

The property features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed. There is also an additional single bed. The houseboat is suitable for a maximum of two residents.
