About the place

Tenant(s) wanted for my house with garden and care for Cat/Poes Wormerveer | from 15 March 2026 | +/- 6 months 

Coming Spring I will have a long-cherished dream and walk the Pilgrimage Route to Santiago. This means that I will gladly entrust my house for +/- six months to someone who is not only looking for a temporary home, but also wants to take care of what lives here. 

- My nice 2-under-1-roof house is located in a quiet residential area in Wormerveer, a 5-minute walk from the station and close to De Zaan.

. Living room with bay window, lots of light, French windows and a back door 
· Open kitchen, fully equipped 
. Good wifi (fiber optic) 

Upper floor: 
. Master bedroom with double bed 
. Small bedroom with single bed 
. Extra room (now laundry and ironing room)
. Bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer and second toilet 

- The garden - a living place 
The garden is an important part of this house. It is a place where seasons are visible and where people live with respect for nature. 
. Flowering plants, edible plants and herbs (organic) 
. Apple trees, berry bushes, kiwi berry, raspberries and strawberries
. A pond that attracts a lot of life 
. Natural (non-Toxic) maintenance 
. sheltered seating area to enjoy peace and greenery

- Cat/Poes 
The house also includes Poes, my sweet, cuddly senior cat (16+). She is calm, affectionate and loves attention and regularity. During my absence she is looking for someone with a warm heart for animals, who likes to make her daily company.

. Amsterdam Central Station: 20 minutes by train 
. You can also cycle to Amsterdam (+18 km) ·
. Nearby: Zaanse Schans, Het Twiske, Castricum/ Bakkum forest and beach

. Deposit: 2 months 
. Period: +/- 6 months, from 15 March 2026 ·
. With mutual click, we make clear agreements and sign a contract.
