About the place

JUNE-AUGUST 2026/ 80m single €1200/ couple €1700 a month, all included.

We are looking for a caring person or a couple for a period of 3 months (June-August) to stay in our lovely home, which is located in a quiet residential area in Wageningen Noord and very close to the University's student campus.
We are renting a sunny room on the first floor of the house with a double bed and a large wardrobe, with its private bathroom/toilet.
Laundry facilities are available and located on the same 1st floor.
The spaces we offer are the kitchen and the wide living/dining room on the ground floor looking onto the terrace through glass windows and door, as well as the garden/terrace with an entrance for bicycles on the back side of the house.
The house is strictly non-smoking, and cleanliness and tidiness are a must! We are looking for somebody who loves plants since they have to be taken care of and watered.
