The apartment building has an elevator and the total living area is about 85 m2.

The university is close by and the distance to the city centre is only a few hundred meters.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
The rental contract is permanent (so you can stay as long as you want).

The apartment  is available from August 1st 2026.
The rent is € 1.700 per month including service costs, but excluding utility costs and internet. 
The deposit is € 1.700.
