About the place

Our spacious apartment in our historical house in the finest street of Wageningen is available. We live close to the river and the city. The campus is on an 8 minute bike ride. 

The apartment has it’s own entrance and is located in the souterrain of the house and is very light and sunny. There are three rooms: the kitchen/living (46m2), the study (20 m2) and a bedroom (25m2) and in the hallway there is a private toilet and shower.

The apartment is fully equipped and furnished and has a kitchen. The kitchen has a gas  cooker, 2 electric ovens, a large refrigerator, a water cooker and all kitchen utilities, plates and cutlery. 

There are two separate beds. For guests the sofa bed can be used to sleep. In the kitchen there is a large table with chairs, in the study a large table and an office chair. There is a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. 

Only suitable for couples. Lease term max. 2 years. 

Only students or PhD, proof educational institution (such as WUR Studentcard) obliged.

The price is € 1.350,-- per month and everything (electricity/gas/WiFi/tax)
