About the place

The apartment has a living room with open kitchen, a balcony, and two bedrooms, on the South and on the West side of the building. Floor surface (m2): 82 m2. 
Facilities: fully equipped (including sheets, towels, etc.). 
Preferences for tenant: guest researchers / professionals / post-docs or PhD students at WUR or one of the other research and academic education institutes in Wageningen, preferably non-smoking (no smoking inside the apartment).
Price per month: € 1400 plus utilities. Utilities advance payment is € 300, apt. building service costs €190, to be paid with the rent, total €1890. To be settled depending on the renter’s actual use of gas and electricity, at the end of the rental period.
Available from October 18 2026 until May 13 2026, with some flexibility as to the end date. With a possibility of renewal of the contract from beginning of October 2027, until end of May 2028.  
Note / explanation: each year the owners need the apartment themselves for the period end of May to mid-October, so renters should vacate in those months. This means that in principle, the apartment is also available in the longer term, with the understanding that each year the renter will vacate for the indicated period, with some flexibility.
