Through the front door on the side facade, you enter the hall with three built-in storage cupboards. Immediately upon entering, you turn left into the former living room, which is currently furnished as a bedroom. From the living room, a wooden staircase provides access to the first floor. The second bedroom is located here.

From the hall, you enter the bathroom on the left, which is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Straight ahead, you walk into the simple kitchen, followed by a very surprising living space with an office. The entire property is heated by a central heating combi boiler.

From the house, you have stunning, nature-rich views of meadows.

The house is situated in the triangle formed by Harmelen, Haarzuilens, and Vleuten. Vleuten offers good amenities such as schools, the Vleuterweide shopping center, sports fields, the NS train station, and the beautiful Maximapark. Harmelen also offers many good amenities. The Surroundings

From ’t Spijck, you can reach the village of Harmelen within a few minutes.
