About the place

Apartment was completed in 2015 and refurbished in September 2022. It is a light and airy modern furnished house, suitable for 1 person or a couple. It is NOT suitable for 2 persons without a relationship.
Everything is present, with the exception of a good mattress: because of the personal preferences for a good night's sleep you have to buy that yourself. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, combi oven/grill/microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, mixer, crockery and cooking utensils. The bathroom with toilet, sink and shower has cupboard space and a mirror with lighting. The bedroom has a bed of 2.00 by 1.40 and bedside tables. The living room has a sturdy table with chairs and stools, a comfortable sofa with stool, tables and cupboards and of course a television. All kinds of skills such as drying rack, ironing equipment, etc. are also available. There is a lot of storage space.
The area is quiet and borders a nature and hiking area. In the vicinity are many parks, lakes, castles, cultural attractions, shopping centers and, in addition to the usual sports, many special sports facilities, such as a huge climbing wall, a climbing park, baseball field, sailing school and riding stables. The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Vleuten station.
Parking is possible in front of the door, no permit is required. Bicycles are parked in front of the house.
There is a communal garden next to the house.
The price of mentioned rent is the total of the rent of the house, the upholstery and furniture and service costs. Rent subsidy is possible.

Procedure: Send your information (are you looking for a place for yourself or with your partner, who are you, what are you doing, and how long are you looking for) via Kamernet by Thursday, March 12th. We will respond by the evening of Thursday, March 12th, and let you know whether you've been invited to the viewing day. The viewing day is Friday, March 13th. You can then let us know that day whether you're interested in the apartment. On Sunday, March 15th, we'll announce whether you've been selected. We'll schedule an appointment for signing the agreement the following week. More information will be provided during the viewing day.
