This hidden gem of a tiny house is nestled between Haarlem and Amsterdam—perfectly accessible by car or bike, though less so by public transport (nearest bus stop is 3 km away). 

Internet goes via a mifi-router (available), you have to get your own dataplan to connect.

Several popular destinations are just around the corner:
- Schiphol Airport: 15 minutes by car
- Haarlem city center: 5 km
- Amsterdam West / Sloterdijk: 12 km
- City center of Vijfhuizen, with bakery, supermarkt and restaurant: 3.5km.

Whether you're escaping the hustle or exploring the region, this peaceful retreat offers the best of both worlds.

Bbq/ open fire strictly prohibited.

The following points are relevant regarding the contract:
- Temporary rental contract for a holiday home;
- Fixed term of 6 months, which cannot be extended;
- Rent includes water;
- Rent excludes gas and electricity. An advance payment of €120 per month will be added to the monthly rent, with the final settlement based on actual usage.

Viewing the property is possible at Wednesday 21 October in the afternoon, between 14.30h and 16.15h.
