About the place

The renovated two floor upstairs apartment is in the heart of Rivierenwijk, close to cafes right on the canal. Grocery stores and train and bus station are all close by, and the center of Utrecht is just 10 minutes away by bike. 
While the living room is cozy, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (new fridge/freezer; dishwasher, microwave, hot plates and water boiler), a balcony and 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor). The house comes furnished and includes a washing machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher. 
A small outside storage and balcony are available, and during nice summer days it is nice to sit outside.  
The spacious bedrooms come fully furnished (bed, dresser, closet, small desk) and two of the three bedrooms have a small sink.
