I’m going away for 2 months and I'm looking for someone to sublet my apartment. The exact dates are flexible and can be discussed, as long as they fall roughly within this period.

💰 Rent: €1,500/month, adjusted proportionally to the exact length of the stay
🔐 Deposit: 1 month’s rent
💡 All-inclusive: gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi are included

The apartment
- Fully furnished and ready to move in
- Comfortable double bed with a large wardrobe
- Separate toilet and shower
- South-east facing balcony with plenty of daylight

Location 📍
The apartment is right next to Transwijk Park, with plenty of green space nearby. It’s also very well connected to the city: only one bus stop to Utrecht Central Station, or 10 min bike ride. There is a shopping mall with all supermarkets, action, Hema, etc 10 min walk/5min bike away.

About you 👋
I’m looking for someone who will treat the apartment as their own and keep it clean and respectful while I’m away. I just moved in and all my furniture is new. I would also ask you to water my plants during the time.
