About the place

Apartment in Utrecht-west (Oog in Al), fully furnished (2-pers bed; table; 4 chairs; sleep/sofa; washing mc., refridgirator, microwave, all kitchen stuf, lots of cabin space. Most furniture of pictures are included. Livingroom (20m2), bedroom (12m2, with lots of storage space), separate kitchen & bathroom (8m2).
For 1 person, maybe 2. Strictly non smoking, no pets. Airconditioned. 
On 3rd floor of my house, we share the entrance to the house. Minimum rental period is 12 months.
