About the place

Spacious and bright furnished house available for short-term sublet in Utrecht (Vogelenbuurt), for February-March, with some flexibility around dates.
The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood in the city center, within walking distance of cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, and public transport, and about 20 minutes by train to Amsterdam.

The house is spread over two floors and includes four rooms: one bedroom, one additional room that can be used as a home office or second bedroom, a separate living room, and a large open space with kitchen. The house also has a garden and is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including heating and bicycles.

Two very calm and friendly cats will stay in the house during the sublet period and only need to be fed twice a day.

We are looking for a responsible person or couple to enjoy the house and take good care of it during our absence.

Rent is around €1800 per month, including utilities, with flexibility depending on the exact dates and arrangement.
