About the place

Hi,

From April 22 to May 13 (3 weeks) I have my private 1-bedroom apartment in the city center of Utrecht available, only for true cat lovers!

The price is discounted, in exchange for still housing my shy indoor cat.

€ 670 (all-in; including wifi, etc)

Including a lovely cuddly indoor cat, who's quite shy in the beginning. So therefore, I'm only looking for true cat lovers, who would also enjoy Utrecht and would see a cat to cuddle with as a bonus! He’s easy to take care of, but you got to be aware there’s a litter box in the living room. 
 
The apartment is in the historic city center of Utrecht (500 meters to Domplein!). It's located in a small street without bars or shops. To Utrecht Centraal is 5 min by bike or 15 min walk.

The apartment is ca 35 m2 on the first floor (not ground floor). It has a separate living room (ca 18m2), and a bedroom (6 m2), kitchen (3 m2) and bathroom (3 m2) with washing machine. The living room has big window doors that can be opened (so called french balcony).

Registration is not possible.
