Welcome to my beautiful apartment in the historic centre of Utrecht. The apartment is located close to the University Library and in the heart of a lively neighbourhood, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes a comfortable bed, TV and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedroom also offers a quiet space where you can work or study.

Included in the rent:
Water, gas and electricity.

Not included:
Internet, €50 per month.
Municipal taxes, approximately €300 per year.

A security deposit of two months’ rent is required. I also ask for proof of financial stability, such as a payslip or recent bank statement.
