About the place

**SUBLET**

Hi house hunters! 🏡

From 23 October, my little palace will be available for sublet for a minimum of 2 months. This could potentially extend to 3, 4 or 5 months, but unfortunately I don't have a clear idea of the exact duration just yet.

While I'm away, I'm looking for someone to sublet my lovely apartment on Kerkstraat in Utrecht.

The apartment is approximately 42 m² and consists of:
• 1 bedroom
• A bright living room with an open kitchen
• A bathroom
• Everything else you need for a comfortable stay

The apartment is located on the corner of Nachtegaalstraat, in a lovely, central location in Utrecht.

I'm looking for someone, preferably in their late twenties or older, who is quiet, working, takes good care of the apartment and would enjoy living there for a while. It would also be lovely if you could keep my plants alive. 🌱

One important thing to keep in mind: you do need to be somewhat flexible with the end date. I may be returning relatively soon, but of course we can make clear arrangements about this.
