About the place

Hi house hunters! 🏡

A last-minute call: from August 23rd, I’ll be travelling for at least two months. It might end up being longer (3, 4 or 5 months), but unfortunately I don’t have a clear indication of that yet.

While I’m away, I’m looking for a subtenant for my lovely apartment on Kerkstraat in Utrecht.

The apartment is around 42 m² and has:
• 1 bedroom
• a bright living room with an open kitchen
• a bathroom
• everything else you need for a comfortable stay

It’s located on the corner of Nachtegaalstraat, in a great area of Utrecht.

I’m looking for someone who is quiet, working, and respectful of the apartment, and who would like to stay here for a while. And also would love for my plants to stay alive while I’m away. 🌱

One important thing to keep in mind: you’ll need to be somewhat flexible with the end date. I may return relatively quickly, so the exact duration is still a little uncertain. Of course, we can discuss this and make clear arrangements beforehand.
