Beautiful, bright, and spacious (100m2) apartment in a popular neighborhood, close to Ledig Erf and just a stone's throw from Vaartsche Rijn station. Available from May 1st to October 1st (and possibly one month longer).
Preference for single tenant, couples upon agreement, with adjusted fee. 

Important: I am looking for cat lovers, as my cat, Pep, will be at home for part of the rental period. She is sweet, affectionate, and easygoing. She has a feeding system that allows her to be left alone for up to 3 days during weekends away.

The apartment features two rooftop terraces (one spacious with shade and a lounge area, and one small with lots of sun) and a Finnish sauna (2-person), bathtub, and wood stove. Two bedrooms: one larger with a desk and a single bed, and one smaller with a king-size bed. The kitchen is not super modern, but everything is available, including a luxury espresso machine, KitchenAid, etc.

Sauna usage twice a month is included. More frequent use is available for an additional fee.
