Advance payment of €500 – how does it work?

We work with an advance payment of €500. This means the following:
- After you have viewed the house and decided you want to rent it, you pay an advance of €500
- Once this payment has been received, the rental contract will be drawn up and the property will be reserved for you
- This is not an extra cost: the €500 will be fully deducted from the first month’s rent
- The advance payment serves as a guarantee for you as the tenant that the property will no longer be offered to others, and for us as the landlords as certainty so that we can take down the listing
