About the place

We (Felix and Tal) are temporarily leaving our cozy, mostly furnished apartment and are therefore looking for two new subtenants for the period from May 3 to July 21.

The apartment is spacious and bright, with an area of approximately 75 m² spread over two floors, and features:

- 3 bedrooms (one is currently used as office)
- A cozy living room
- A beautiful kitchen
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
- A large terrace, perfect for enjoying a drink in the sun during the warmer months

🪑 Furniture: The apartment is being rented out largely furnished. Most items will remain; we are only taking a few items with us, such as a desk, pianos, TV, and some kitchenware.

📍 Location: Located on a quiet side street off Amsterdamsestraatweg, just an 8-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station. Super central, with all amenities within easy reach.

💰 Rent: €2073.72 per month (all-inclusive)

👥 Suitable for: 2 people, students only, co-tenancy for inscribing at municpality is allowed
