About the place

Due to a short trip abroad, I'm subletting my apartment for a period of 3 months, available from 1 September.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and comes fully furnished, though there's of course room to adapt it to your own taste in consultation.

It has a spacious bedroom and is equipped with all the essentials: dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, a bathtub and a TV. There's also a separate storage room for extra space.

The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk from the city centre and 15 minutes from Utrecht Centraal. Perfect for anyone who wants to experience Utrecht's lively centre while still living somewhere quiet. Please note that there's no private parking — but with such a central location, you'll hardly need a car here.

I'm looking for 1 or 2 quiet tenants who'd like to enjoy this place for a longer period. The price is all-inclusive.
