About the place

Due to an extended trip, I am subletting my apartment for a period of 6 to 12 months, available starting September 1st.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and comes fully furnished, though there is certainly room to personalize it to your taste upon consultation.

The apartment features a spacious bedroom and is equipped with all modern conveniences: a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, bathtub, and TV. Additionally, there is a separate storage room for extra space.

The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk from the city center and 15 minutes from Utrecht Central Station. Perfect for anyone who wants to experience the vibrant city life of Utrecht while still enjoying a quiet home. Please note that there is no private parking space — however, given the central location, you will hardly need a car here.

I am looking for 1 or 2 quiet tenants who would like to enjoy this place for an extended period. The price is all-inclusive.
