Rent:
The total rent is €1,570 per month. This consists of the net rent of €1,270 per month plus the advance payment for additional utilities and services (gas, electricity, water, municipal taxes, glass insurance, and minor daily maintenance of the outdoor areas) of €300 per month.

Availability:
The space will be available from April 1, 2026. The lease is in principle for an indefinite period, but after an initial trial period of one and a half years. Viewings will be scheduled at the end of February 2026.
