Next to the appartment building there are several supermarktets and public parx The appartment building is quite new (building year 2010) resulting in low energy costs relative to old appartment buildings in the city. Free parking space and a in-door bicyle shelter. There is standard Ikea furniture

€390 other costs like furniture, wifi, laundy machine/dryer combination, prepayment heating/  prepayment electricity, water
Total: €1430 monthly

Deposit: €1500 

-There can be a surcharge if the rent is shorter than 4 months.
-No smoking, no big student parties, but it is possible to invite friends
-Starting date rent 15 August 2026
