Very nice ground floor apartment in 1900's house,  55m², 1 bedroom, kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, separate toilet, bathroom with shower/bathtub, basement with washing machine/dryer.

Only for rent to working professionals, strictly non-smokers. This is my own home.

Note: no free parking available anywhere in the east of town.
